 LGR是世界上最知名的激光痕量气体和稳定性同位素分析仪供货商。随着OA-ICOS技术日臻完善,为研究者带来了更大的方便,在以往很难测量的领域提供了测量的可能。

      因为性能优良,数据稳定,越来越得到用户的认可,目前广泛应用在碳水通量测定,大气痕量气体变化的测量,水文同位素研究,CO2/H2O稳定性同位素廓线测量和土壤CH4通量等方向的研究。在近两年发表了大量的文献,现将部分文献目录列出,共各位用户参考。

研究背景太湖流域是我国富营养化问题较为突出的典型区域,蓝藻水华频发,水环境治理压力长期存在。除太湖主湖区外,上游小流域湖泊同样承担着重要的污染传输功能,其水质状况直接影响整个流域的治理成效。长荡湖位于太湖流域上游,是连接上游来水与太湖的重要过渡湖泊,同时承担供水、灌溉、防洪及渔业生产等多重功能。近年来,受高密度淡水养殖、河网来水以及各类治理工程的共同作用,其水质变化呈现出明显的复杂性。针对这类小型流域,亟需构建一套耦合池塘养殖与水质变化的一体化分析框架。相比传统现场采样和固定点位监测,遥感技术具有覆盖范围广、时间序列长、可重复观测等优势。基于此,河海大学陈嘉琪老师团队以长荡湖为研究区域,综合卫星遥感影像、ASD地物光谱仪现场光谱和水质实测数据,构建了水质参数反演与上游养殖塘动态识别相结合的分析框架,研究发表在期刊《Journal of Hydrology: Regional Studies...

研究背景番石榴是热带和亚热带地区重要的经济果树,但在生产中常受到叶甲类害Costalimaita ferruginea危害。该害虫取食叶片和嫩芽,造成叶片穿孔、叶绿素组织受损和光合能力下降,进而影响植株生长与果实产量。传统虫害调查主要依赖人工目视判断,不仅主观性强、效率有限,也难以在早期准确识别叶片受害程度。因此,如何以快速、无损、可量化的方式捕捉虫害胁迫信号,成为精准植物保护和果园健康监测中的重要问题。而高光谱遥感技术恰好提供了解决思路:它能捕捉叶片可见光—近红外波段完整反射光谱,精准识别虫害带来的叶片生理与结构损伤,为果园精准植保监测开辟新路径。基于这一思路,巴西圣保罗州立大学的研究团队以番石榴叶片为对象,分析了C. ferruginea 侵染条件下叶片光谱响应特征,为番石榴虫害的非破坏性识别和精准监测提供了新的技术参考。 图1.遭受侵害的番石榴植株 (a);无穿孔叶片 (b);轻度穿...
